[介紹]
NFNF 代表 New File, New Folder, 藉由更改了 OS/2 對待檔案和資料夾
的方式, 替 Work Place Shell 增加了許多新的特色和功能.
[特色和功能]
１.新增對檔案和資料夾 zipping 和 unzipping 的 popup items.
２.使用 Drag & Drop, 利用 zip object template 做 zip 壓縮.
３.可透過 Drag & Drop 或是 popup menu(Add to .ZIP), 把檔案或是資料
夾加到已存在的 zip 檔.
４.在資料夾的 titlebar 自動顯示出含有多少個檔案, bytes, subdirs.
５.從物件的啟始目錄開啟 OS/2 命令視窗.
６.可從 popup menu 移除自己所不喜歡的項目.
７.新增 "Create Folder" 項目.

[安裝]
先把 nfnf102.zip 解到任一目錄, 執行 nfinst.exe 開始安裝.
[設定]
[New File tab]

- Default Destination for Unzipping : 設定當 unzip 時, 解開檔案存放的目錄.
- Enable Unzip popup menu item for .ZIP files: 設定這個項目則所有的 zip
檔都會多出一個 "Unzip" 的 popup item.
- Create shadow for destination folder: 會在桌面上建立 destination
資料夾的投影.
- Open Destination folder on UNZIP completion: 設定是否每次 unzip 完成
後開啟 destination 資料夾.
- Show UNZIP session: 是否要在 unzipping 時, 開一個命令視窗顯示 unzip
的進行.
- Autoclose UNZIP session when finished: 是否在完成 unzip 後, 自動關閉
命令視窗.
- Enabe Stats popup menu item for all files: 打開這個設定, 則所有的檔案的
popup menu 會多出一個 "Stats" 的選項.
- Replace default icon for .ZIP files: 選擇是否要替換掉原來 .ZIP 的 icon.

- Enable Drag/Drop on .ZIP files: Enable 這個設定, 才能利用 Drag &
Drop 把檔案加到已經存在的 zip 檔.
- Enable Zip this file menu item: 這個設定會使所有檔案的 popup menu 多出
一個 "Zip this file" 的 menu item. 選擇 "Zip this file"
可對所選的檔案做 zip 壓縮.
- Enable Add to .ZIP menu item: 這個設定會使全部檔案的 popup menu 多出一個
"Add to .ZIP" menu item. 當你想把檔案加到已存在的 zip 檔時, 必
須 enable 這個設定.
- Menu Filtering: 這個區域的設定是選則所要從檔案的 popup menu 移除的項目.
如 句選 "Delete", 則檔案的 popup menu 就不會出現"刪除
"這個項目.

- Enable Show .ZIP Contents menu item: 選取這個設定, 則 zip 檔的 popup menu
會多出一個 "Show Zip Contens" 的項目. 另外還可選取是要用其它的
zip viewer(如 Zip Me..等) 或是用一般的編輯器顯示其壓縮的內容.
[New Folder tab]
基本上這兩頁的設定都跟 "New File tab" 一樣, 只是 "New
File tab" 是 設定對檔案的 popup menu, 而 "New Folder tab"
則是對資料夾而言.
[結論]
如果沒裝 Object Desktop, 這個 shareware 到是個不錯的選擇. 只是它的試
用期只有四十五天而已, 超過這個期限就必須註冊, 即使是重裝也是沒有用.
